Windermere Florida has long been a very hot market, and very much a sellers market, with limited inventory. Today, available homes has increased to 203, which is a 65% increase over the same period last year.

203 available homes represents a 4.8 month supply (neutral market) vs 2.8 months supply (sellers market) this time last year.

Prices are leveling off, although the median sales price for a home in Windermere is up 8.7% over last year.
